Product Introduction
Clean Bench can provide highly clean local environment. It consists of cabinet, fan, primary air filter, HEPA filter, lamps, uniform flow membrane and controls. It can be hung or supported on the ground, featuring compact structure and easy operation. The cabinet is made of anti-fingerprinting SUS304 stainless steel, with one-piece sheet metal bent and formed, which is beautiful and clean, and easy for cleaning and disinfection.
The air flow inside the Vertical Flow Clean Bench is vertical one-way flow from top to bottom, which helps to quickly eliminate pollution generated or introduced in the work area and maintain the high cleanliness of the work area. The work surface is designed to be closed, which effectively prevents the entry of external unclean air and ensures a sterile or low particle environment inside.
The air is first sucked into the workbench through the high efficiency filter at the top, and after purification treatment, a vertical downward one-way air flow covers the entire working area.
Inside the workbench, due to the vertical downward flow of air, particles or pollutants generated during the operation can be effectively taken away and discharged through the bottom or side vents, forming a continuous clean air cycle.
