1. Since the working area of the Negative Pressure Weighing Booth Dispensing Booth is under negative pressure, its static cleanliness is the cleanliness of the background area. Close the exhaust port and make the working area under positive pressure. It can be measured that its static cleanliness should be A.
2. The negative pressure weighing booth dispensing booth should be turned on and run 20 minutes in advance before use.
3. It is forbidden to place objects at the return air vent to avoid blocking the air collection vent, resulting in insufficient air collection and reducing the purification capacity.
4. It is forbidden to place too many objects on the weighing table to avoid blocking the return air hole on the table, affecting the air flow pattern and negative pressure formation.
5. It is forbidden to rinse the one-way laminar flow hood with water and wipe the air inlet and outlet surfaces of the high-efficiency filter.
6. The negative pressure weighing room does not have explosion-proof capabilities. Please do not use it in flammable and explosive environments.
7. Verify the influence of wind speed on the accuracy of measuring instruments and adjust the fan frequency to keep the wind speed within a reasonable range.
8. Regularly (recommended once a month) measure the average wind speed in the working area with an anemometer. If it is found that it does not meet the requirements, it should be adjusted to keep the weighing room in good working condition.
9. Regularly (recommended once a month) measure the high-efficiency pressure difference with a differential pressure gauge. If it is found that it does not meet the requirements, the high-efficiency filter should be replaced.
10. Regularly (recommended once a month) use a dust particle counter to measure the cleanliness of the working area. When it does not meet the technical parameters, the cause must be found and repaired in time.
11. Regularly (recommended once a year) use a photometer to perform integrity detection (leak detection) on the high-efficiency filter. If the leakage is found to exceed 0.01%, the high-efficiency filter should be repaired or replaced.
12. According to the usage, replace the primary filter regularly (recommended once a month) and the medium-efficiency filter regularly (recommended once a month).
