1. Turbulent flow: 

The air enters the clean room through the air conditioning unit, air ducts, and HEPA filters, and is then returned by the partition walls or elevated floors on both sides of the clean room. The airflow moves non linearly and exhibits irregular turbulence or vortex states. This type is suitable for cleanroom grades 1000-100000.

Definition: A clean room where the airflow flows at an uneven speed, non parallel, with backflow or eddies

Characteristic: Turbulent flow cleanrooms rely on multiple air changes to achieve cleanliness and cleanliness levels. The number of air changes determines the purification level in the definition (the more air changes, the higher the purification level)

The laminar airflow moves in a uniform straight line, and the air enters the room through a filter with a coverage rate of 100%, and is returned by the elevated floor or two side partition boards. This type is suitable for use in environments with high cleanroom grades, generally ranging from Class 1 to 100.

⑴ Horizontal laminar flow type: Horizontal air is blown out in one direction from the filter and returned by the return air system on the opposite wall. Dust is discharged outdoors with the wind, and pollution is generally more severe on the downstream side.
⑵ Vertical laminar flow type: The ceiling of the room is completely covered with ULPA filters, and the air is blown from top to bottom to achieve high cleanliness. Dust generated during the process or by workers can be quickly discharged outside without affecting other work areas.
 

3. composite:

Composite type refers to the combination or combination of turbulent flow and laminar flow, which can provide locally ultra clean air.

⑴ Clean Tunnel: Covering the process or work area with HEPA or ULPA filters to achieve a cleanliness level of 10 or higher, which can save installation and operation costs.
⑵ Clean Tube: It surrounds and purifies the automated production line through which the product process passes, raising the cleanliness level to above level 100. Due to the isolation between the product, operator, and dust environment, a small amount of air supply can achieve good cleanliness, saving energy. Automated production lines that do not require manual labor are the most suitable for use. Applicable to the pharmaceutical, food, and semiconductor industries.
⑶ Install a local clean room (Clean Spot): Increase the cleanliness level of the product process area in the turbulent flow clean room with a cleanroom level of 10000-10000 to above 10-1000 for production purposes; Clean workbenches, clean workspaces, and clean air cabinets belong to this category.
