Maintenance steps for clean rooms
A clean room refers to a space for human activities where the air cleanliness reaches a specified level. Its function is to control the pollution of particles (dust particles) to meet the requirements of precision product production and scientific experimental activities. A clean room is not only about controlling cleanliness, but also a multifunctional integrated whole that has considerable requirements for temperature, humidity, lighting, noise, static electricity, micro vibration, etc. in different industries and departments.
Check the device
Regular inspection of all equipment in the clean room construction is particularly important. In general, the inspection, cleaning and maintenance cycle of ISO Level 1 equipment is shorter than that of ISO level 7 equipment. At each inspection, carefully inspect the equipment for signs of wear, damage, or contamination. The tools, machines and instruments used in the clean room need to be checked.
