Project Overview
This semiconductor fab clean room project is an installation project for the purification workshop of a certain traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece factory, including a direct oral decoction piece production area and laboratory. It is located in Maoming, Guangdong, with a total construction area of 1430 square meters and a purification area of 1160 square meters; The building has 5 floors, and this project is located on the third floor with a height of 4.5 meters. The main unit and the purification air cabinet for the direct oral decoction production area are placed on the fifth floor of the rooftop.

Outdoor: In summer, the dry bulb humidity is 33.7 degrees Celsius, the wet bulb humidity is 27.8 degrees Celsius, and the atmospheric pressure is 100110pa;
