The operating principle of this device is based on the principle of molecular distillation, which enables the precise separation of substances in extreme vacuum environments.

Working principle:

Heated evaporation: The mixture to be separated is heated to a temperature below its normal boiling point (due to the effect of the vacuum environment) to form steam.

Molecular evaporation: Under extreme vacuum conditions, the molecules in the mixture evaporate directly from the liquid to the gaseous state, avoiding the formation of bubbles in the conventional boiling process and reducing energy loss.

Short-distance transport: These evaporated molecules almost immediately contact the condensing surface at a very short distance and quickly condense back to the liquid state.

Condensation recovery: The purified material after condensation is collected and separated from the unevaporated residue, achieving efficient separation of the material.
