When debugging the industrial air shower, attention should be paid to:
1. Check if all components are intact and securely installed, and if the tightness between the fan and motor is appropriate.
2. Check if the shock absorber fixing clip of the fan base has been removed.
3. Ensure that the inside of the box is clean, especially the primary and high-efficiency filters, and there should be no debris.
4. Check whether the sealing adhesive between the boxes is damaged or detached, and whether the sealing is good.
5. Check if the voltage and wiring of the three-phase power supply meet the requirements, and if the grounding is good.
6. Check if the indicator light is on and if the switch is functioning properly.
7. Check the fan's direction of rotation by jogging, and if there is an error, immediately stop the machine and switch the phase line.
8. Use a clamp gauge to measure the starting current of the air shower and check if the operating current is normal.
