Iso class 5 laminar flow hood is one of the equipment that can shield and isolate the operator from the product, and is a purification equipment that can form a vertical unidirectional flow. Unlike the air outlet unit, it can be assembled, and unlike the assembled FFU, it does not return air from the ceiling, but from the room. Its main purpose is to avoid product contamination. The air drawn from the clean room is then filtered vertically through the operating area by the fan installed in the top booster cabin through HEPA, providing ISO 5 (level 100) unidirectional air flow for key areas. The exhaust gas is discharged from the bottom and returned to the clean room area.
The clean iso class 5 laminar flow hood is to form a uniform flow layer after the air passes through the high-efficiency filter at a certain wind speed, so that the clean air is vertically unidirectional, thereby ensuring that the high cleanliness required by the process is achieved in the working area. PVC curtains are arranged around the perimeter to ensure efficient laminar flow. The module can be installed on the ceiling using lifting rings, or assembled into a vertical laminar flow chamber with legs around it. Constructed with stainless steel, modular design and multiple sizes, it can provide vertical or horizontal laminar flow in large working areas.
Made of glazed 04L stainless steel, it provides anti-oxidation conditions and can be disinfected with any disinfectant, even under high humidity conditions HEPA filter, using smoke testing. For particles with a size of 0.3 microns, the permeability is less than 0.001% and the efficiency is higher than 99.999%.
