Flat drying method: suitable for flower materials with short stems and branches, large and heavy flower spikes, such as wheat stem chrysanthemums, pine cones, small gourds, small loofahs, corn, etc. Place the floral material loosely and horizontally on a dry, ventilated, and dark platform, flip it over as needed to accelerate the evaporation of moisture and prevent mold from rotting.
Leaf drying method: For leaf materials such as fern leaves, magnolia, cycad, bamboo leaves, etc., the pressing drying method should be used. Therefore, it is necessary to use heavy stone embossing or specimen clip embossing to flatten and dry them. The treated leaves will be flat and stretched, and still maintain their original shape for later bleaching treatment.
