The clean room system can not only control pollutants, but also effectively manage air through ventilation and indoor air circulation and reuse
The high-efficiency air filter used in the clean room system can ensure that dust floating in the air is filtered out when the air enters the clean room. The air duct supply system can continuously deliver fresh air to the clean room. If it is necessary to maintain the carbon dioxide content in the room, a no fresh air, full internal circulation mode can be used to ensure that no carbon dioxide gas inside the clean room is emitted into the atmosphere.

The sample receiving clean room engineering area should not be less than 20 m2 and should have a 4 ℃ medical refrigerator, electronic balance, constant temperature incubator, etc.
The cell preparation area for separation should have an area of no less than 200 m2, including rooms such as reagent storage rooms and cell separation rooms. The cell preparation area should be equipped with a biosafety cabinet, CO2 incubator, freeze centrifuge, inverted microscope, cell counter, 4 ℃ medical refrigerator, etc.
The cell culture zone is used for cultivation and expansion, with an area of no less than 100 m2 and a total of 4 culture zones. Each cultivation area is equipped with a biosafety cabinet, inverted microscope, CO2 incubator, 4 ℃ medical refrigerator, etc. The sample receiving area, cell preparation area, and cell culture area are all equipped with a 10000 level laminar flow purification environment.
Quality testing is divided into three parts: PCR room, microbiology room, and functional testing room. The area should not be less than 300 m2. The PCR room is divided into three parts: reagent preparation area, specimen preparation area, and sample amplification analysis area. The air conditioning systems in the three PCR zones are completely independent, with the reagent preparation zone and specimen preparation zone in a relatively positive pressure state, and the sample amplification analysis zone in a relatively negative pressure state. A pressure difference of 10 Pa is maintained between each zone and the buffer zone. The specimen preparation area is equipped with a B2 type biosafety cabinet, and it is necessary to consider supplementing the corresponding amount of fresh air during the operation of the cabinet. In addition, the product analysis area is equipped with exhaust hoods, which also require a certain amount of fresh air to be replenished. The PCR room should be equipped with a 4 ℃ medical refrigerator, biosafety cabinet, centrifuge, fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument and other instruments. The microbiology laboratory is mainly equipped with instruments such as biosafety cabinets and fully automatic microbiological cultivation and detection devices for detecting pathogenic microorganisms.
