Product Introduction
The tablet press punch is usually composed of upstroke, downstroke, die ring (die hole), middle die and so on. Uppunch and downpunch are the parts that come into direct contact with the material and compress it, and their shape determines the final shape of the tablet. The die ring is a ring component mounted on the die that contains multiple die holes for positioning the up-and-down punch and forming a tablet in it. The middle die is located inside the die ring and is sometimes used to control the thickness of the tablet or as a barrier when pressing multilayer sheets.
ZP17 tablet press punch and die are usually equipped with molds of specific specifications and are capable of producing tablets of specific diameters and thicknesses, including up punch, down punch and die holes.
