Working principle:
The filter type intermittent operation centrifuge is a kind of rotary drum liquid baffle plate and filter bag are fixed together, the liquid baffle plate and the rotary drum are fixed through the latch, and the feed is separated by filtration. It consists of a driving device, a body, a casing, a drum, a lifting bag, a brake device, a clutch and other components. Especially suitable for frequent discharge and cleaning operations.
The material is added to the drum from the upper part. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the liquid phase passes through the filter medium and is discharged from the machine, while the solid phase is trapped in the drum. After the machine is shut down, the liquid baffle and filter bag are lifted out together with the sling and discharged to the designated place. It has the characteristics of smooth start, adjustable separation factor, large capacity, high efficiency, simple operation, fast discharge, clean environment and low labor intensity. All are full open large clamshell, quick opening bag discharge, with motor overheat overload overcurrent protection.
Suitable for separating suspension containing solid particles ≥0.01mm, widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, light industry and other industries.
