High Speed Centrifuge Extraction:
Upper unloading design: unloading from the top through the lifting bag, reducing the labor intensity of the operator and improving the work efficiency. This design also facilitates continuous operation and rapid refuelling.
Frequency conversion control: The use of frequency converter to control the motor speed, to achieve smooth start and separation factor adjustment, can adapt to the separation needs of different materials, improve the separation efficiency.
Structure design: reasonable structure design, eliminate health dead corners, easy to clean and maintain, the surface is polished, in line with GMP standards, suitable for the industry with strict requirements for health.
Material selection: The contact material part is usually made of stainless steel, which ensures the corrosion resistance and cleanliness of the equipment and extends the service life.
Filter bag use: equipped with a special filter bag for material filtration, easy to replace the filter bag, to adapt to different filtration needs. However, the filter bag may be damaged due to improper operation or long-term use.
How it works:
The material is added to the drum from the top, and the drum generates a strong centrifugal force when rotating at high speed, forcing the liquid to pass through the filter bag, and the solid is trapped in the filter bag.
After the separation is complete, the deceleration stops, and the filter bag containing filter slag is lifted from above the drum through the spreader for unloading and cleaning or further treatment.
When cleaning, its clamshell design and online cleaning system can be used to facilitate thorough cleaning of the inside of the centrifuge and maintain health.
