Working Principle:
The air is drawn into the intake grille. The air in the static pressure cabinet beneath the work surface is a mixture of unfiltered indoor air and the air that has just passed through the working area. This contaminated air is sucked in by the ECM blower through the rear static pressure chamber of the cabinet. Approximately 70% of it is recirculated in the working area through the supplied HEPA filter, thereby providing an ISO 5 grade working environment. The remaining contaminated air is discharged into the environment through the high-efficiency exhaust HEPA filter.
