Applicable to production auxiliary rooms and utility rooms. The general waste gas exhausted from these systems typically requires no special treatment and can be discharged directly into the atmosphere.
2. Organic Gas Exhaust System
When various organic substances are used as raw or auxiliary materials, organic gases will be emitted from relevant areas or equipment, necessitating the installation of exhaust devices. The organic gases in the system must undergo appropriate treatment before being discharged into the atmosphere.
3. Acidic Gas Exhaust System
Designed for acidic gases generated during production. These systems are typically equipped with wet scrubber absorption towers to purify the gas before atmospheric discharge.
4. Alkaline Gas Exhaust System
Designed for alkaline gases generated during production. Similar to acidic gas systems, these usually employ wet scrubber absorption towers for treatment before discharge.
5. Hot Gas Exhaust System
Applicable to hot air exhausted from various furnaces and high-temperature sterilization equipment. Due to the high exhaust temperature, methods such as heat recovery can be employed. If the exhaust volume is small or treatment is impractical, it may be discharged directly after implementing necessary thermal insulation measures.
6. Dust-laden Exhaust System
The nature and concentration of dust in exhaust gases vary across different production processes. For high dust concentrations, dust removal equipment must be used to filter the exhaust, ensuring it meets emission standards before discharge.
7. Special Gas Exhaust System
For scenarios generating special gases (flammable, explosive, toxic, highly toxic, or corrosive). To prevent chemical reactions within the system, independent exhaust systems must be established, utilizing dedicated waste gas treatment devices to ensure compliance with emission standards.
8. Hazardous and Toxic Exhaust System in Pharmaceutical Production
Exhaust outlets in rooms producing special pharmaceuticals (such as highly sensitizing drugs, certain steroids, and high-potency or toxic drugs) should be equipped with High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters to minimize contamination before discharge.
