Clean Booth – Simple Cleanroom

A Clean Booth, also known as a purification booth or clean canopy, represents a paradigm shift in environmental control, offering a simplified, rapid-deployment solution for establishing a clean environment. Unlike traditional construction-heavy clean rooms, a clean booth is engineered for speed and convenience. It is a modular air purification device designed to create a localized high-cleanliness zone within a general workshop or a lower-grade clean room.

The fundamental philosophy behind the clean booth is flexibility and cost-efficiency. It allows manufacturers to target specific critical areas-such as assembly lines or inspection stations-where high purity is mandatory, without the exorbitant expense of conditioning an entire facility.

This module draws air from the top, passes it through primary and high-efficiency filters (HEPA), and delivers it in a vertical unidirectional flow laminar flow. This ensures that particulate matter is swept away effectively, maintaining cleanliness levels ranging from Class 100 to Class 10,000.

Enclosure: To maintain positive pressure and isolate the workspace, the perimeter is enclosed using anti-static clear curtains or tempered glass. These materials provide high transparency for observation while preventing electrostatic discharge that could damage sensitive electronic components.

Lighting: Specialized clean room lamps are integrated into the structure, designed to be flush with the ceiling to prevent dust accumulation and provide uniform illumination.

The adoption of clean booths offers distinct advantages over traditional civil engineering clean rooms, particularly in terms of agility and cost management.

Versatility in Application: Clean booths possess a high degree of modularity. They can function as standalone units for small-scale experiments or be connected in series.
