3. Air volume or wind speed
In order to keep the clean room at the required clean level, it must be constantly ventilated. The higher the clean level, the more ventilation is required. The appropriate air volume and wind speed should be set according to the room area, cleanliness requirements, number of people in the room, temperature and other conditions.
4. Pressure difference
Pressure difference is an indispensable condition to ensure the grade requirements of clean rooms. Air flow direction is controlled by pressure difference. Pressure difference is achieved by the air supply and exhaust volume of the purification system, which requires the clean room to have good airtightness. Regulations require that the pressure difference between the clean area and the non-clean area in cleanroom should not be less than 5Pa, and the pressure difference between the clean room interior and the clean room exterior should not be less than 10Pa.
