01 Clean bench

Working life up to 30,000 hours or more. The speed regulation performance of the fan is stable, and the air volume can still be ensured under the state of final resistance of the high efficiency filter. It is suitable for assembling into a super-clean production line, which can be arranged as a single set according to the process needs, or multiple sets can be connected in series to form a 100-level assembly line. Lighting and germicidal lamps are interlocked to protect operators.
02 HEPA box
The HEPA box is used as a terminal high efficiency filtration device in the renovation and construction of clean rooms at all levels, and is installed in the clean room ceiling. The shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic spray on the surface. The plenum is made of low carbon steel material, and the high efficiency filter and the static pressure box are made into a whole. The air inlet of the plenum is equipped with a regulating valve to adjust the uniformity of air supply and the effect of static pressure, which is light in weight and convenient in installation.
03 Pass box
Pass box is suitable for medium and small cargo transfer between clean room and clean room or between clean room and non-clean room. By using it, the number of opening and closing times of clean rooms can be reduced, and pollution in clean areas can be minimized. 04 Air shower room
