The clean room is mainly composed of several main components, such as chassis, supply air filter, exhaust air filter, variable air volume fan unit, control system, sensing system, etc. The chassis is made of brushed fingerprint-free stainless steel and bent as a whole from a metal plate. Beautiful, clean, easy to clean, easy to disinfect. Indoor air passes through primary and intermediate filters and is then compressed by centrifugal fans into a plenum. After passing through the filter, it is blown out from the outlet surface of the air diffusion air supply device. Clean room air flows through the work area at a uniform cross-sectional speed, creating a highly clean working environment.
The negative pressure weighing room and the central weighing room are equipped with adjustable air volume fan systems and stainless steel wind speed sensors. By adjusting the working state of the fan, the average wind speed in the clean working area is kept within the set range. The air flow modes of the negative pressure weighing chamber and the central weighing chamber are vertical upward air supply and lateral reflux. Air flows through the work area from top to bottom, pressing the dust generated during work into the primary and intermediate efficiency filters, as well as the bag discharge unit below. The air is drawn into the filter plenum by the fan. Part of it is sent back to the indoor working area through the filter, and the other part is discharged outside the working area through the exhaust filter to generate negative pressure in the negative pressure weighing room and negative pressure sampling room (central weighing room, weighing room).
The weighing chamber adopts vertical unidirectional airflow. The return air first needs to be pre-filtered through a primary filter to remove large dust particles in the air stream. Then, the pre-treated air is filtered for a second time through the medium effect filter to fully protect the high efficiency filter. Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, the high efficiency filter is used to meet the cleanliness requirements. Clean air is fed into the bellows. 90% of the air is distributed vertically and evenly through the air distribution and air supply network plate, and 10% of the air is discharged from the device through the air volume regulation plate. All air flows are treated by high efficiency filters, so the supply air and exhaust air do not carry residual dust, avoiding secondary pollution. Due to the formation of a stable unidirectional flow in the work area, under the action of unidirectional air flow, the dust discharged from the area will be captured by the primary and intermediate efficiency filters. The equipment has a 10% exhaust capacity, resulting in a negative pressure relative to the external environment, to a certain extent, to ensure that the dust in the area will not spread to the outside, to protect the external environment.
