Precautions for installation of clean bench:

2. When installing clean bench, attention should be paid to protecting the building of the clean room and preventing it from hitting the wall and floor.
3. The installation room of the clean bench should be at positive pressure to prevent external polluted airflow from entering and ensure the cleanliness requirements of the purification clean bench.
4. Before sealing and fixing the purification clean bench, impurities and oil stains in the foundation groove should be removed completely, and the surface should be kept dry.
5. The materials for the wall and floor of the clean room must be sturdy, have smooth surface that is easy to clean, and are not prone to dust. It is recommended to use materials that are fire-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
6. People and goods entering the clean room should be controlled. First by controlling the quantity and not entering unless necessary. Secondly, goods should be disinfected and sterilized,personnel should wear clean clothing, masks, gloves, hats, clean shoes.
